Protecting Your Password
User passwords are encrypted and stored securely. They cannot be viewed by administrators or support staff.

Ensure the device you use to access the platform has up-to-date security software.
Access the platform over a secure network connection.
Avoid signing in from shared or untrusted devices.
Cookies
The platform uses cookies to support core functionality and maintain session state. These include:
Session management cookies — used while you are signed in to maintain your active session.
Preference cookies — used to remember previously selected settings or navigation choices.
Load balancing cookies — used to ensure that requests within a session are directed to the same server in a load-balanced environment.
These cookies are temporary or have limited lifetimes depending on their purpose.
Authentication Provider Cookies
When the platform is integrated with an external identity provider for single sign-on, additional cookies may be set by that provider to maintain authentication sessions across applications. These cookies are managed by the identity provider, not the platform.
