Signing In

The platform is accessed through a web browser.

The platform is accessed through a web browser. Your Group Administrator or system administrator will provide the sign-in address for your organisation's environment.

Before You Sign In

Make sure you have:

  • the sign-in address for your environment

  • your username or email address

  • any authentication method required by your organisation

  1. Open a supported web browser and navigate to the sign-in address.

  2. If your session is still active from a previous visit, you may be returned directly to where you left off. Otherwise, the sign-in page is displayed.

  3. Enter your username or email address and select Next.

Complete Authentication

Entra ID (most organisations)

If your organisation uses Microsoft Entra ID, you will be redirected to Microsoft's authentication service after entering your username.

  1. Complete the sign-in steps required by your organisation.

  2. Once authentication is complete, you are redirected back to the platform.

Platform-managed authentication

If your account is managed directly within the platform rather than through an external identity provider:

  1. Enter your password and select Sign In.

  2. If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled, enter the verification code when prompted.

Sign In as a Guest User via Entra ID

External users such as implementation partners or consultants may be granted access through Microsoft Entra ID. Guest users should sign in using a private or incognito browser window to avoid authentication conflicts if the browser is already signed in to a different Entra ID tenant.

  1. Open a private or incognito browser window.

  2. Navigate to the sign-in page.

  3. Enter your username - this is typically your work email address - and select Next.

  4. On the Microsoft sign-in screen, select Sign-in options.

  5. Choose Sign in to an organisation.

  6. Enter the organisation domain provided in the invitation email from the company granting you access.

  7. Continue through the authentication steps using your normal organisational credentials.

  8. Once authentication is complete, you are redirected back to the platform.

Access is granted according to the roles assigned to your guest account.

After Signing In

After signing in, the dashboard or application available to your account is displayed. Bookmark the sign-in address for easier access in future.
